Their video became ubiq­ui­tous on the Inter­net and gained the atten­tion of com­pa­nies look­ing for a new and engag­ing way to adver­tise. Lucra­tive con­tracts can come from seemly unknown places by exper­i­men­ta­tion and inge­nu­ity. Coca Cola and McDonald’s employed the group to make a com­mer­cial for them for TV.

How did they do it? For the video they became famous for, they changed t-shirts over 100 times. A com­pany called Rush T-shirts made each indi­vid­ual t-shirt used in their video. This stop motion ani­ma­tion became the T-shirt war seen by huge audi­ences and resulted in a TV com­mer­cial made for Coca Cola and McDonald’s:
